Direct-to-Sew is the revolutionary automated lettering system

available to both traditional monogram machines and

Sewing Network. Additionally, Direct-to-Sew provides a bridge
strategy for customers with large investments in monogram
machinery, easing the transition to single-head embroidery
machines while maintaining the same sewn look their customers
are used to and the same automated workflow provided by the
Delta Monogram Control System.

automated high-volume lettering solution that eliminates
labor-intensive keyboards and lettering/digitizing systems.
Direct-to-Sew uses your font styles imported using
Delta's Lettering Agent software to create satin-stitch lettering
on-the-fly using simple text input from your order entry system.
The final lettering jobs are available to straight-stitch
embroidery machines via the Delta Industrial Sewing Network.

Delta Monogram Control System now part of Direct-to-Sew
The Delta Monogram Control System (Delta MCS) was our first
automated lettering solution. It networks traditional
(Meistergram/Barudan) monogram machines and automates the lettering
process from order entry all the way through production and
production tracking. Direct-to-Sew sprang from the work we did with
Delta MCS. Today, all of the functionality of Delta MCS is contained
in our current Direct-to-Sew product.
