These are some problems we have run into and how we solved them.

What version of Media player should I use
Please update your media player to version 7 or better. It is free click here to upgrade or click help>check for upgrades while in your windows media player.

Some videos may take a little longer to stream if you connect to the internet around 28.8.
Simply click pause on the windows media player and let  the file load a bit, then hit play.

The video quality is poor.
Increase the size of the player window by dragging the lower right corner you should get a better resolution. these videos are recorded at 800X600 pixels. We recommend at least 1024X768 setting on your computer with the media player set at full screen.
To change your resolution right click on the desktop and choose properties, click settings and increase your desktop area to 1024 X 768.

When I click on a video nothing happens or I get a page not found error on the website
Please download media player 7+ if you do not have it. then click on tools> options.
choose performance tab and set hardware acceleration to full.
set digital video settings to 3/4 or full
Choose the formats tab and click the select all button
Click media library and click
read-only access in both access rights areas.
Click the Network tab then highlight MMS and click configure. Choose (Do not use proxy server)

The video cuts out or blacks out during playback
At the top of the media player window click Tools>Options>Performance
Set your Video performance, Hardware acceleration to none.
Click OK, close media player and restart media player.
